2015 Summer Bucket List {#TuesdayTen}

Since the Memorial Day weekend is often considered the official start of summer, it seems fitting to post my Summer Bucket List today. This will be the third year that I have created alit like this. Some things on the list are the same from year to year, but I try to add in some different things, too. We actually put this on our refrigerator and check it off as we go along! It's always a lot of fun and gives us something to do on those lazy days of summer vacation!

What's on your "to-do" list this summer?

Love your list and I am just so excited it is summer pretty much now as this seriously is my favorite time of the year 😉

That's a great idea, Lisa! We don't really make a list anymore, but we should. It doesn't have to be huge things, just little ones.

Well, I don't like the heat and humidity at all, but I am certainly looking forward to a more relaxed schedule!

Exactly - not everything has to be a big thing. I like adding some of the smaller ones becaseu they are important, too (and more realistic!).

Hey, you called it a to-do list too!

I am totally jealous that you are all heading into Summer! I am feeling inspired reading your lists, might add some of your ideas to my list so I am ready for Summer (in 6 months time)

So weird to think that you are going into winter!! Maybe in 6 months we'll do a Winter Bucket List - you can make your about summer and it will be our turn to be jealous! :-)

I did the ROK a couple years ago and, honestly, we were squeaking them in at the end. This time my youngest specifically asked me to put that on the list again! How could I not after that? :-)

Ooh there are some new ones here to me! Hadn't considered visiting a new city but what a great idea. It doesn't even have to be far to make it work!

Absolutely love your list! Love seeing fireworks with the kids! I have a couple of books that I am super anxious to read, this summer! Thanks for the great link up, Lisa and Rabia!

I always do a summer bucket list with the family. Even if we don't do everything on the list, it's nice to have a list of ideas to reference when we're trying to think of what to do. Summer is too short here in Alberta... we have to make the most of it!

Thanks for sharing.

Great list! I need to print mine out too! Sometimes I feel like we forget about it. Seeing it every day would be a big help!!

Love your list...I never thought about making a summer bucket list, but it's such a great idea because the season goes by way too quickly and before we know it, we're back to school, etc. and realize we didn't do some of the many things we wish we could have!

That's something we have tried to do for the past two summers. My husband travels a lot for work, so we have been lucky enough to tag along! But, you're right - it doesn't have to be far to be new & fun!

I was doing great with reading in January & February, but haven't had time lately. I'm looking forward to getting a few more read over the summer.

This will be our third summer doing a list. We have never gotten to everything, but it's fun to see our progress and gives us something to aim for.

My girls look for it now - especially my youngest! (Although, I haven't printed it yet!)

That's really why I started making one - I felt like summer went by too quickly and we hadn't done much. I want to leave plenty of room for lay days by the pool, but we need to do some other things, too!

Great list! I think I'll make a summer bucket list... to keep me on track so I can get to all the stuff I want to do this season.
