What's in Your Fridge??? {Tuesday Ten Linkup}

I'm sure you have all seen the Capital One commercials that end with the question "What's in YOUR wallet?"  Well, for Tuesday Ten, we have already shared what's in our purses and what's in our cars.  We thought, this time, it would be fun to share what's in our kitchens!!  We are sharing things that are always in our pantry and/or fridge.  If you want to participate, we would love for you to vlog about it, but we welcome your regular posts, too! (By the way, later this summer, we will be sharing lists of things in our closets!!)

So, without further ado, here is my refrigerator vlog! :-)

**Just FYI, I filmed this on Monday and I DID GO TO  THE GROCERY STORE later that day.  My family is not starving despite the rather empty appearance of my refrigerator in this video.

**Did you figure out that fancy word, oxymoron, yet??  It means "a term in which two words that seem contradictory are use in conjunction with each other," such as wonderfully ugly, or deafening silence, or vegetarian meat.  (Hi, mom!!!)

So, what's in YOUR fridge??

Love, love , love your Vlog and last year I had to write up wants was on the outside of my fridge (like magnets, pictures, etc.). Wonder if I could link that up here today. Let me know :)

I didn't have time for a vlog this time around, so I just quickly snapped some pictures before I left for work on Monday morning. I always laugh when I see people buy those quart sized jugs of milk. That would even last a day in our house! LOL!!

I had to laugh at the Sweet Baby Ray's. I buy that too and yeah there's two open in the refrigerator now. My husband bought a new one for cooking out on Memorial day. I say, "We already have almost a whole bottle open." But it wasn't the right flavor. I always seem to buy the opposite of whatever he wants to use. I grew up with "vegetarian meat". Tell you daughter it is so much easier to be a vegetarian now.

We have two open bottles of Sweet Baby Ray's too - what's up with that? Loved hearing your voice again Lisa - less than 48 hours without it and I missed you!

Yes, it's our favorite. Somehow, though, we always seem to have multiple bottles open at the same time.

Funny how everyone is so different isn't it? Like I said in my comment on your post, I'm about the only one who uses milk and that's just in my cereal or whatever cooking I'm doing.

Thanks Dana! I'm missing all of you, too and this is a crazy week for us. I barely go this post done.

SBR must send subliminal messages!! So funny that others have multiple bottles open, too. :-)

I love that your voice is now so familiar to me. You are so lovely!
I will only make my own ranch dressing! So much better than buying it.
And we ran out of eggs too over the weekend!

1. I have an actual fish carcass in my freezer. He died when his owner, Grace, wasn't here. So he's there, awaiting his burial. Chillin', you might say.

2. The idea of meatless meat to me signals that there really is purgatory after life. I'd better be good.

3. Your empty fridge looks a lot like my fridge after we go to the store!

Yes, this vlog snuck up on me and was, of course, scheduled for the weekend that I missed my grocery shopping. Plus, we are leaving on Saturday for vacation for a week, so I didn't want a bunch of perishable stuff that would go bad.

Lisa @ The Golden Spoons said...

Ha! The meatless meat was kind of gross at first, but I have gotten used to it. My oldest daughter has been vegetarian for 4 years. It's one of the main ways I can get protein in her. Since she hasn't had actual meat in so long, she doesn't notice the difference!

I looooove orange juice but somehow never have any. I do always have juice though. Ice cream definitely needs to become a mainstay in this house.

I'm sorry but all I keep thinking about is when are you going to give me the BLOG U SCOOP! I'm so excited to hear all about it!!

You're adorable! Seriously adorable. My fridge is packed tonight as we've got Tucker's preschool grad party tomorrow so it's loaded with veggie trays and stuff like that.

I need to clean out my fridge! Ugh. There is so much stuff that needs to be thrown out in there. I am so bad about that.

We have the EXACT SAME FRIDGE!!!!!!!!! :)
